Refund Policy

Outfleet operates as a business, and we expect clients to understand and respect our policies. Our goal is to provide the highest value for our clients, and in order to help in that pursuit, we need to cover our operational expenses. We require payments to be made on-time with respect of our services offered to the client. Design and development of each project requires extensive resources and consumes our time. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

Software products are available for purchase on our website which is downloadable in nature. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this refund policy prior to make the payment. We follow a strict refund policy. Once the products are sent and the order is accomplished, refund is not provided by Outfleet.

It is your duty to make sure that our software meets your requirements fully before purchasing our software. Please check product demo before purchasing the script. We will deliver the exact product as shown in the demo. After purchasing our products, you will be receiving an email confirmation about your payment and no refund will be made. You will not be able to return the registered version of our software.

Responsibility of setting up of the server and the installation belongs to the customer. We will be responsible for installation only on some exceptional occasions. Refund will not eligible in case of host side errors or any technical error with the customer server. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in the description page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs, and we do not provide support for third-party app.

If any of the feature is not working as described in our site, then it should be reported to our technical team for rectification of the same. If you are experienced a bug or problem that cannot be solved by our software developers, then we will consider it for refund. We look forward to assisting you such that you enjoy our products.
